Excellent. Well done. Can I pinch this for my RE lesson on interfaith dialogue?
we atheists are so intolerant of intolerance
In the last panel why does Jesus have two of those little pointy things on the bottom of his speech bubble?
Also, is there any part of female anatomy that has NOT been considered provocative by someone, somewhere, sometime?
Oops. Too many pointy things. Thanks, kiyaroru.
@Archbish – no need to ask!
@kiyaroru – of course not, females are provocative by definition 😛
@kiyaroru
When I was in Yemen, I saw a man publicly adomonish a female colleague because he could see a bit of her feet showing due to the way her abaya was lying over her sandals. So the answer’s ‘no’, I think.
@mycatisgod @kiyarou – I recall reading a book – Think it was Andrew Dowling’s Godless Pilgrim – in which he describes his travels in central Asia. He describes how, having left Iran, he saw his Girlfriend’s hair for the first time in ages and found it incredibly erotic.
Ha ha.
Too many pointy things.
I’m sure the religious right would say each cartoon is ‘too many pointy things’.
Keep up the excellent work!
Congratulations author, you made it into the Telegraph; Presents for the godless: the 13 days of atheist Christmas

“Perfect for toilet reading”?! Blasphemer!
That’s were I read my dead tree versions of jesusandmo.
But that’s in the 3rd reformed church of j&m, you apostate you.
Why does the new Jesus look like Demetri Martin?
I just started reading Jesus and Mo very recently but shit, this is one of the best webcomics I’ve ever come across (I think being an atheist only helps). I just wanted to know why the author hasn’t published his name anywhere… is it for fear of religious fanatics?
Rational caution about religious fanatics, might be a better way of putting it.
As for the arms – it’s hot work tending bar, and the barmaid’s ‘Thank you for not provoking’ T shirt is an occupational necessity.
@archbish – had similar experience in Iran 10 years ago, saw girl I was travelling with after many days of her in hijab, and she looked (more) stunning… (we’re married now with two children).
Author ! Author ! Keep up the great work and maybe next year the DT will promote you out of the bathroom (it’s good to have goals… 🙂
This one is yet another brilliant one.
@archbish… revelatory! don’t know why i didn’t think of that before as motive; cover up women’s bodies, and every part of them becomes arousing. or, more arousing than before. oh, of absences and hearts. and other parts. i think i just creeped myself out…
This one calls for a hearty, “Amen,”.
well, sexy is what you can’t see.
excellent cartoon today, talk about clue metre reading zero.
It’s great to sit around the fire and tell the traditional story to the kids, you know, the one about how the Flying Spaghetti Monster was born on December 25th and later in his life went on a 3 day bender, returning after sobering up to set up things for the world.
Jesus H. Christ, that’s one fine story….. Of course it’s hard to get the kids to go to sleep after that one.
