Is the drunk person slightly inebriated, say two drinks, so that their judgement is merely a little impaired? Or are they so drunk that they can barely walk or speak, and between periods of near-unconsciousness, have no resistance to your removing their undergarments? The second is clearly rape, just at much as if they were completely unconscious.
The American actor and entertainer, Bill Cosby, was accused of drugging 60 women in order to have sex with them. He claimed it was all consensual. That’s not nearly believable, I think.
Laripu. I am being the devils advocate. I am not talking about a person deliberately applying rohipnol or a date rape drug.
